Employee Handbook Development
All policies and procedures must be communicated to employees. How is this done? A new employee orientation is the best way to ensure all policies and procedures are delivered to all new employees. The most efficient and comprehensive way to ensure all this has been communicated is to review these areas and provide an Employee Handbook which employees confirm receiving.
